Rodney Lee Franks, 69, of Walterboro, died Wednesday, June 24, 2024 with family and his dog Boozer by his side. Born July 29, 1954, in Howell, Michigan, he was the beloved son of the late Glen and Dora Franks. His life and contributions will continue to be celebrated by all who knew him, through the memories they hold dear and the stories they continue to share. Rodney’s spirit, characterized by generosity and kindness, will forever remain in the hearts of his loved ones. Surviving are: daughter, Jennifer Yager; siblings, Roger Franks, Randall Franks, Rick Franks, Robert Franks, Ray Franks, Ranay Nottingham, Robin Decker, and Russell Franks; and a host of extended family.
