Leon Edward Deane, 72, of Islandton, died Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at his residence. Born December 14, 1951, in Sharon, Connecticut, he was a son of the late Russell Newton Deane and Agnes Frances Wesolowski Deane. He was a retired truck driver for Boyd Brothers. Surviving are: his companion, Marilyn Lee; grandsons, Michael Green (Taylor) and Gage Lee (Katie); great grandchildren, Brentley, Layce, Grayson, Kash, and Helena; one great granddaughter who is on the way, Sage; daughter, Kathy Lee; daughter, Deanna Lynn Ivy (Joseph); grandchildren, Caleb, Isabella, and Zoie; daughter-in-law, Martha Deane; grandchildren, Leon, Arron, and Ewan; brother, Ron Deane; and sister, Sharon Richardson.
