Mr. John Edward Tutchton, 86, entered into rest Friday morning, October 27, 2023, at the Veteran’s Victory House in Walterboro where he had been a resident for the past two years. He was the husband of the late Donna Lynn Tutchton. Born August 30, 1937, in Baltimore County, Maryland, he was a son of the late Jacob Charles Tutchton and the late Esther Bullock Tutchton. He served in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Air Force. He retired from the Armed Forces Newspaper. Surviving are: his daughter, Terry Hovermale and her husband Allen of Myrtle Beach; and two nieces, Patricia Allen and Anna Hoffman both of Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his son, John Anthony Tutchton; a brother, Warren Tutchton; and a sister, Violet Tutchton Grochowina. Arrangements by: The Brice W.
