Robert L. “Bobby” Frank, husband of Joyce Hill Frank passed away at home on Saturday afternoon. He was 83 years old. Bobby was born January 19th in Adams Run, S.C. the son of John Nickolas Frank Jr. and Mildred Warren Frank. He was a graduate of Walterboro High School and the University of South Carolina. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and his chosen profession of Land Surveying. He was the owner of Robert Frank Land Surveying and Marshlands Realty. In addition to his wife Joyce, he is survived by his daughter, Genevieve Smith, his son Robert Lee Frank II (Jeannean), his granddaughter Sarah Eloise Frank, his step-daughter Jane Hill Amick (Scott), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his wife of 46 years Ray Hill Frank, his parents, and siblings Letitia Jean Fox, James Ernest Frank, and John Frank. Just like His mother Mildred, he never met a stranger. He had many friends both personal and professional, and will be deeply missed. Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon, April 20, 2024 at 12:30 at Live Oak Cemetery in Walterboro. The family will receive friends from 11:00 until 12:00 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Grateful Goldens of the Low Country, Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary, Animal Lovers of Edisto, or an animal sanctuary of your choice.
