In His Name Community Thrift Store’s mission is to provide good quality items to customers at a reasonable price. All proceeds will go back into helping the community through In His Name-Colleton. You can support In His Name-Colleton by donating or shopping at our thrift store.

In His Name-Colleton’s mission is to support our community by offering physical and spiritual support by providing food, clothing, hygiene, transitional housing, supportive programs, resources, and pastoral services for families and individuals residing in Colleton County.

“In His Name Community Thrift Store will be a ‘win-win’ social enterprise for In His Name-Colleton as the operation of the store can help our organization’s bottom line, and the community benefits by getting access to low-cost goods. We are also using this social enterprise as an opportunity to implement a workforce training program for guests in our transitional housing program. This program will help to alleviate the unattractive gap that some guests can incur from their past in unstable living, treatment, or incarceration. This process will also provide guests recommendation letters from our immediate supervisors that can be utilized in the next employment opportunity, as well as teach work ethic, on the job etiquette, customer service, and communication skills.”, says In His Name-Colleton Executive Director Amanda Herndon.

“The Colleton County Fuller Center for Housing is thrilled about the transition of the ReUse Store into the wonderful hands of In His Name-Colleton. We have always felt that the store was important for our community. It enables someone to solve a need in an affordable way. In His Name has the support of volunteers and will make the ReUse Store even better than it was before. In His Name has a mission of helping people in need and knowing that the ReUse Store will help with their mission makes all of us from Fuller Housing pleased.”, says Colleton County Fuller Center for Housing board member Vicki Carl.
