An adult male was shot at a residence located on Glover Street Saturday August 19. Walterboro Police secured the scene and Firefighter-Paramedics found the man inside the residence with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was treated at the scene for his injuries and medications were administered. The man was transported to the Trauma Center at Trident Medical Center in North Charleston. The Walterboro Police Department are investigating the incident and reportedly apprehended a suspect later in the morning.
