Virginia Pauline Sauls, 86, of Walterboro, passed away Tuesday morning, January 23, 2024, surrounded by family. Born June 7, 1937, in Hampton County, she was the daughter of the late Robbie Cook and Ashley Pauline Cook. She was first married to the late Oliver J. Stanley and secondly to the late Perry Sauls.
Surviving are: children, Oliver Stanley, Tony Stanley (Deborah), Brenda Gooding (Franklin), and Debra Doyle; brother, Martin Cook (Lorainne); sister, Anne Terry; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers, Olin Cook and James Cook; son-in-law, Richard Doyle; and brother-in-law, Harold Terry.
Funeral services will be held 12 o’clock, Thursday afternoon, January 25, 2024, at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Varnville. Interment followed in Gooding Cemetery.
