Born August 9, 1956, in Savannah Georgia, she was a daughter of Ernest Bailey and Frances Cooler Monette.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 o’clock Friday afternoon, September 17, 2021, from the graveside at Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.
