We live in a world that wants to accept all beliefs as true and every religion as a way to know God. I strongly disagree. Not everything being taught is true. The Bible teaches there is only one God, and this Scripture proves there is only one way to have a relationship with God, and that is through Jesus. You and I must go through Jesus to be saved and have a relationship with God. Anyone who tells you anything else is making promises that they cannot keep. Only Jesus can save you.
When Jesus speaks of finding pasture, He is talking about nourishing your soul. People are frantically looking for something to satisfy their souls and make them happy for the moment, but Jesus is the only thing that will satisfy what your soul needs. Jesus is the peace, the purpose, and the joy you are looking for.
Jesus talks about a thief, whose lies steal, kill, and destroy our lives. Are you tired of lies that lead you nowhere and make you empty? Are you ready to trust Jesus and let Him give You a life worth living?
Heavenly Father, I know that there is only one way to You and that is through Jesus Christ, Your Son. I turn away from disobeying You, and I ask You to forgive me of my sins. I trust Jesus to make me right with God. I will follow Jesus as Lord of my life. I ask You to save me and give me eternal life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
