WALTERBORO – Mr. Matthew “Juicy” Cornelius Mitchell, 12, of Walterboro, died Saturday, December 2, 2023, at the Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital. He was born October 28, 2011.
During his life, he left a lasting impression on countless people who dearly loved him. He leaves behind a large and loving host of friends and family as well as his foster family, Timmy and Karen Crosby of Walterboro and their children, Tamara Lake (Allan), Tansi Crosby (Cameron), Cody O’Quinn (Kayla), Trevor Crosby (Neeley), and Alyssa K. Crosby.
Funeral services were held 2 pm, Thursday, December 7, 2023, at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel. Interment followed in Glendale Memorial Cemetery.
