William Earle Fender, III, 69, of Orangeburg passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024.
William was born on May 28, 1954, in Walterboro, S.C. He was the son of the late Dr. William E. Fender, Jr. and the late Jinnie Rae Brabham Fender. He was employed with Lowe’s Home Improvement for many years until his retirement. William was a faithful member of Canady’s First Baptist Church where he served as a past chairman of the deacons and served on the board of directors. William was an avid reader. He loved reading religious books and studying scripture. He also loved listening to all types of music and doing magic tricks. He was a man of strong faith and loved The Lord.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Sharon French Fender of the home; daughter, Brandi Risher (Michael) of Hanahan; three grandchildren, Kailyn, Hunter and Madison Risher; sister-in-law, Joyce Fogle and several nieces and nephews.

A private family graveside service will be held.
