Nora Hiott Driver, 77, of Walterboro, passed away Monday, October 16, 2023. She was born August 14, 1946 in Colleton County to the late Carsie E. Hiott and Jessie Mae Smoak Hiott.
Known as “The Tax Lady” who wrote strongly worded letters, she is lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Eric Irvin, Daniel Irvin, and Summer Irvin; a sister, Carol Jones; a nephew, Earl Dickert; and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held 10 am, Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Glendale Memorial Cemetery.
