Mr. Delmer Ray Rowe Jr. passed away unexpectedly late last week at his home in Little Rock. He was 65.

Mr. Rowe was born in Walterboro, SC October 12, 1954 a son of Margaret Ann Youmans Rowe and the late Delmer Ray Rowe Sr.  He attended the United Electronics Institute, and worked as an electronics technician for various companies for 41 years until his retirement in 2019.  He had been a resident of North Little Rock since moving there in 1976, and he enjoyed photography, cooking, fishing and collecting Niloak Pottery.  He loved spending time outdoors with family and friends, eating and boating on the Edisto River. 

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Diane R. Rhoades (Michael) of Waxhaw, NC. 

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning, March 14, 2020 at 11:00 in the chapel of Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, with burial following in the Cottageville Cemetery.  The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 the day of the service.  Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, 117 Paul Street in Walterboro is in charge of arrangements.
