CHARLESTON - Stephen Welch, 60, of N. Charleston passed away on February 13, 2024. Survived by mother, Mary J. Welch; brothers, Robert, Edward (Cindy), Kenneth (Ginger); and sister, Kathleen. Stephen also leaves a of host of nieces, nephews, and many treasured friends.
