Ronald Rice a resident of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on May 19, 2023. Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 11AM at Emanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 2407 Susan Badger Cir, Jacksonville, FL 32209.
