Mr. Spencer Bruce Perrine, 81, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at his residence. Born January 11, 1943, in Corning, California, he was a son of the late Paul C. Perrine and Frances Leighton Perrine. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a retired airline pilot having worked for many airlines including Saudia Airlines, Polar Air Cargo, and lastly worked for the SC Forestry Commission where he managed the planes for the state. He truly loved flying and was licensed to fly every size plane from a single engine to a 747. He traveled around the world but moved to Walterboro to enjoy living in the country. Surviving are: his wife of 61 years, Marjorie Jean Mayhew Perrine of Walterboro; daughters, Sonia Perrine of Walterboro and Monta Farrell of Lyman; grandchildren, James Farrell, III of Lyman and Spencer Farrell of Lyman; and sister, Marya Ehorn of Willows, California.
