Mrs. Sibbie Catherine DuBois Pearson, 80, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Thursday, February 15, 2024, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Joseph Pearson.
Born February 8, 1944, in Smoaks, she was the daughter of the late Esdorn DuBois and Ruth Sauls DuBois. She was a retired sheet metal worker from Best Steel in Walterboro. She was “Willie Mae” to her grandson, Robert who enjoyed taking her fishing and out to eat.
Surviving are: her grandchildren, Robert Reynolds, Sam Reynolds III, Sam Reynolds IV, Nikki Reynolds, and Kelly Crosby; great grandchildren, Teagan Reynolds, Tanner Reynolds, Carley Puckhaber and Koda Crosby; sisters, Mary Harris and Barbara Lepard; wife-in-law, Mellie Reynolds; nephew, Frankie DuBois; niece, Terri Burnette; great nephew, Dillon Burnette; and great niece, Amber Ramsey. She was preceded in death by her son, Samuel Wallace Reynolds, Jr.; her daughter, Stacey Marie Sweat; grandson, Olan Crosby; sister, Rachel Kidd and her husband Thairen; and brother, Bubba DuBois and his wife Emma; and niece, Sherri Lovell.
