Little Big Thoughts

By: Mae Frances Bing

The Press and Standard is happy announce another series coming to our paper. We want to make community news are main priority. Therefore, we thought hearing from our tiny community members would be a great start. “Little Big Thoughts” is a series we’re starting, where the children of our community can submit their opinions, how their summer break went, drawing, picture, anything from their curious and creative minds. Here are some instructions and guidelines below on how to take part. Thank you, parents, and guardians, for participating in advance. We’re excited to see what you guys share with us.
Who can submit a little big thought:
Participants must be under the age of 13.

When can I submit my feature:
To be featured in a particular week, please submit your feature no later than Sunday at 9 P.M.
What not to submit:
Please do not submit plagiarized work. This is a creative series. We want the participants to have fun and be themselves.
How to submit?
Please email Mae Frances Bing at In the subject box, include “Little Big Thoughts.” Feel free to reach out if you have questions as well.
