Coach Bri, Youth Development Coach for girls basketball in Colleton County, took her girls to the MLK Tournament at Stratford. Coach Bri acknowledges “it was a tough one today, but we came out a gave the best we could.” She is proud of the girls for always showing up whether for practices, coming out to games, and constantly improving. “This is an age development group right now, so we are definitely taking a lot of time to make sure we are preparing our girls for the future.” Coach Bri also gave a shout out to Cane Bay YMCA with Jay Davis, the sponsors, Colleton County Parks and Recreation Department, and everyone
who has been supporting them thus far. She gives an even bigger shout out to the parents who have been making sacrifices to bring the kids out to practice and to come out on Saturdays to compete. “We just want to take the time out to say thank you.”
