William “Bill” James Anderson, 59, of Williams, entered into eternal rest Monday morning, June 19, 2023, at Regional Medical Center of Orangeburg. Bill was born June 7, 1964, in Minnesota; he was a son to the late Sgt. James William Anderson and Betty Avis. Bill was raised by his step-parents, Eunice and Jim Stilwell.
