Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Allred Williams, 88, of Walterboro, entered into rest eternal Friday evening, July 14, 2023, at her residence. Born February 8, 1935, in Danville, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Jerry Allred and Irene Davis Allred. She was a lifetime member of the Walterboro Elks Lodge #1988. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who centered her life around her family. Surviving are: her husband of 68 years, Donald Wayne Williams, Sr. of Walterboro; children, Donald “Donnie” Williams, Jr. (Joan), Tina Hales (Mark), and Terry Price (Mike), all of Walterboro; grandchildren, Christy Barwick (Terry), Michael Price (Stephanie), Mark Hales (Candace), Jessica Reeves (Jeffrey), Danielle Harrison (Steven), Katlynn Adams (Andrew); many great grandchildren; a special niece, Patricia Burklew of Vero Beach, Florida; and a host of great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: her son, Daniel “Danny” Williams; grandson, Joseph Williams; and sister, Geraldine Saunders.
