Michael Patrick Lies, from Walterboro, is charged with sexually related charges pertaining to a minor. He is charged with three counts of criminal solicitation of a minor, one count of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor and six counts of attempted dissemination of obscene material to a person under the age of eighteen. Lies was arrested June 7, and the Attorney General’s Office will handle the case.
