What a way to start the day! The Indians took Game 1 in a defensive masterclass, defeating Richard Bland 1-0!
Breanna Hughey was untouchable on the mound, tossing a complete-game shutout with 4K’s. The play of the game came in the 6th when Zoey Marshall unleashed a cannon from leftfield to gun down a runner at the plate and preserve the lead!
While Game 2 didn’t go their way, the grit shown by this squad is undeniable. They are learning, growing, and getting better every single inning.
