Rotary Club elects new officers for the 2023-2024

The first meeting of the new Rotary Club took place at the Colleton Farmer’s Market and Museum June 12. The meeting was called to order by the ringing of the bell. After recitation of the 4 Way Test, Pledge of Allegiance, and the Invocation the outgoing Sgt.-At- Arms gave a report of local and national news. A report was also given regarding charitable donations for the Rotary Cart Fund.

The meeting then proceeded to the main order of business of swearing in the new officers for the 2023-2024 year. Outgoing Vice President Scott Harvin was sworn in as the new Rotary Club President. The new officers for the club were then sworn in. The new officers are:

Cliff M. Warren, President Elect; Sergeant-at-Arms

George R. McCormack, Secretary

Jeff Molinari, Treasurer

Scott William Lockwood, CART Club Liaison

Charlotte Norwood, Club Public Image Chair

John D. Dalton, Membership Chair

William F. Steadman, Club Foundation Chair
