In an about face 14th Circuit Court Judge Robert Bonds has issued an order ruling that Ryan Manigo’s phone calls while incarcerated will not be released until a new hearing. The hearing date has been set, at this time, for December 6, 2023.
This new ruling comes on the heels of Judge Bond’s October 24th ruling that Manigo’s phone calls made while made in jail were a matter of public record in compliance with filed FOIA requests (Freedom of Information Act). Ryan Manigo’s lawyers then filed an appeal.
Manigo is accused and being held on charges of murder, arson, incest, and criminal sexual conduct.
