Marvin Jones and Ryan Leese, both of Walterboro Ford, recently received awards from Ford Motor Company.

As service technicians, they were selected by the Ford Professional Technician Society as winners of the PTS 2020 Challenge. “Congratulations to our outstanding service department team members. They were selected from thousands of service technicians nation-wide as the Best of the Best. This honor is a prestigious award and showcases their commitment to excellence. We are so proud to have them as part of our team,” said Keith Rizer, owner of Walterboro Ford.

The Ford Professional Technician Society Performance Challenge is an annual incentive program designed to recognize and reward Ford and Lincoln dealership service technicians for achieving excellence in three key automotive service areas: Technical Expertise, Technical Training, and Fix-it-Right-the First-Time Performance.

PTS Performance Challenge winners take part in a prestigious three-day award recognition event held in Dearborn, MI.

During the event they participate in a variety of activities, including a test track driving experience, plant tours, Henry ford Museum experiences and other interactions that are designed to build camaraderie with Ford Motor company.
