The 32nd Annual Hanging of the Greens took place Sunday, December 2nd at the Little Library in Walterboro. The event was sponsored by the City of Walterboro, the Colleton County Historical and Preservation Society, Mayfield Garden Club, and Bay Blossom Garden Club the event included music by Dr. Bryan Lai, Invocation by Rector, Newman Lawrence from St. Jude’s Church, a History of the Greens by Sarah Miller, and the Hanging of the Wreath by Mayor Bill Young. The event was well attended and wrapped up with a reception.
