WALTERBORO – Little Miss Carter Alivia Greene, at the age of 3, left this world with a heart full of love on Sunday afternoon, July 30, 2023, at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Carter, the daughter of Daniel Paul Greene and Ashley Taylor Greene, made her grand entrance at Summerville Medical Center bright and early one Monday morning at 8:01, which was February 17, 2020. From that day on she stole the hearts of everyone that she encountered. She had a smile that could never be forgotten and she began each day as her favorite princess, which was herself. She will always be remembered for her love of bubbles and that Edisto Beach was her favorite place to be. She was a rising K3 student at Colleton Preparatory Academy and was a part of the school’s “Teeny Hawks” cheer group. Surviving in addition to her parents of Walterboro are: her grandparents, Philip and Paula Greene of Round O; and her great grandparents, Leland and Marilyn Planty of Parishville, New York and Gordon and Elizabeth Greene of Hopkinton, New York. She is also survived by an uncle, Timothy Greene; three aunts, Emily Beckett, Jennifer Gar-land, and Roselyn Peeples; and cousins, Malia Manigo, Aria Manigo, Cooper Garland, Evan Garland, Meredith Mabry and Aurora Greene; as well as a host of extended family members all of whom loved and adored her. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 noon Saturday, August 5, 2023, from Faith Walterboro, 858 Bells High-way, Walterboro. The Reverend Dr. Zane Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Glendale Memorial Ceme-tery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.
