WALTERBORO – Miss Janice Marie Drawdy, 53, of Walterboro, entered into rest Tuesday afternoon, April 14, 2026, at The Resorts of Beaufort. Born February 17, 1973, Charleston, South Carolina, she was a daughter of Joseph David Drawdy and the late Janice Williams Drawdy. She was a member of Great Swamp Baptist Church and was very dedicated to her family’s p-nut business, Drawdy’s Pnut Wagon. She will forever be remembered for her love of babysitting her nieces and nephews. Surviving in addition to her father of Walterboro are: two siblings, Joseph D. “Joey” Drawdy, Jr. (Sherry) of Walterboro, and Barbara Drawdy Rentz (Matt) of Walterboro; nieces and nephews whom she helped to raise, Megan Brantley (Joey), Elizabeth Evans, Kristin Drawdy, Fayann Rentz, Billie Rose Price, Joseph Douglas Drawdy, Rose Rentz, Trey Rentz, Beverly Hiott, Kimberly Hiott, Amie Hiott (Chance), and Emily Hiott (Brian); two aunts, Joyce Mauney and Judy Williams; and a beloved cousin, Jenny Hiott (Jamie). Funeral services were held 4 o’clock Sunday afternoon, April 19, 2026, from Great Swamp Baptist Church, Walterboro. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Arrangements by: The Brice W.
