Offense: Discharging a firearm within the city limits; possession of firearm in commission of violent felony; malicious injury to animals, personal property $2000 or less
Summary: On the above date, officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Henderson Street and Mincy Street. Shell casings were located at the scene and two homes, and a vehicle appeared to be struck by gun fire.

Summary: Officers were dispatched to above location on Hiers Corner Road in reference to a burglary of a shed. Upon arriving and contacting employees it was found that subjects unknown had forced entry into a shed on the property and stolen tow lawn mower batteries by removing them from the mowers. Employees were provided a case number and advised to contact the Walterboro Police Department for further assistance.
