Summary: Deputy received a notification from Veteran’s Victory House in regards to an email received through the Veteran’s Victory House website. The email was vaguely threatening in nature. Request to have it documented with law enforcement in the event that the unknown sender acted on anything described in the email.

Summary: Deputy was dispatched in reference to a phone call in reference to a stolen motor vehicle within jurisdiction of Colleton County.

Charge: Weapon Law Violations
Summary: CCSO deputies observed a vehicle matching the description of a recent hit and run incident that occurred in Walterboro. A traffic stop was conducted, and subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had a firearm in the vehicle’s front door pocket. Walterboro Police Department units also arrived on scene and confirmed that the vehicle was involved in the collision. The driver was arrested by CCSP deputies for unlawful carry of a firearm and transported to the Colleton County Detention Center without further incident. WPD took possession of the vehicle in reference to the previous traffic collision.
