Summary: Officers were dispatched to address on Gerideau Street in reference to a male having damaged a vehicle and brandishing a Firearm. Officers did not locate the male but did contact the residents’ where the vehicle was located. The vehicle did have a broken sunroof and windshield.

Offense: Obstruction Law Enforcement Officer
Summary: Officers were dispatched to location in reference to a female being irate and causing a scene. Once on scene, officers met with both parties attempting deescalate the female to gain information. The female was then charged towards a male on the scene and began to put her hands in his face aggressively. After officers attempted to detain the female but was met with resistance. Officers then arrested the female and transported the offender to CCDC for obstruction.

Offense: Disorderly Conduct
Summary: Officers were dispatched in reference to a male calling stating his brother was attempting to kick in his front door. The caller also advised that he did not want to shoot his brother if he didn’t have to. Once officers were on scene, not brothers were found to reside at the residence and both parties were found to be grossly intoxicated and irate. Due to lack of cooperation to deescalate and both shouting profanity and indirect threats, both parties were arrested for breach of peach and transported to CCDC.
