On 06/22/23 traffic stop conducted on vehicle for failing to signal their turn. Contact was made and reason for the stop was given. Upon requesting driver and passenger information, office detected the smell of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. It was requested both individuals exit the vehicle, and a probable cause search was conducted. The search yielded marijuana. Both occupants claimed possession of the marijuana. A warning for the moving violation was issued and the marijuana was seized for destruction.
