Payment options with convenience fee added: individuals can pay by telephone by calling 1-844-281-7837; pay online at www.colletoncounty.org, Pay & Search Taxes (on left of page); or by requesting an emailed PAYPAL link to be sent to you by calling above number or emailing us at treasurer@colletoncounty.org.
“We do not receive the convenience fee,” said County Treasurer Becky Hill. “It is retained by the company that hosts the payment service. That is their only payment for the service, as they do not charge the county anything else.”
All of these options are posted on each one of the doors of the Harrelson Building, along with every other office information and numbers.
“Everyone is calling and we are helping each one with their payments, so if you have questions, call us, we will be glad to help,” said Hill.
“Since the county has closed the building, we cannot allow our employees to go outside to the customers, but I am actually going outside to those that need me to do so. We are here to help every taxpayer at any time,” Hill stated.
