The Colleton Prep Athletic Department would like to introduce John Caldwell as the new Boys Basketball Coach.
Coach Caldwell will take over the Boys Basketball Program and will be teaching at Colleton Prep.
Coach Caldwell conveys to the CPA community, “I would first like to say how grateful and excited I am to be the new head coach for the boys basketball program.
A little bit about myself. I grew up in upstate South Carolina where my love for the game began. My playing career started at a small SCISA school just like CPA and then continued through college at Radford University in Virginia. While at Radford we won many championship titles and played in the NCAA Tournament. I have been blessed with opportunities to experience the game at all different levels. As such, my goal is to leverage my experience and knowledge in elevating the basketball program at CPA. I am committed to giving our players access to exceptional coaching, instruction, and mentorship in hopes their basketball careers will flourish.
In addition to coaching at CPA, I will be a full-time teacher which will allow me to be present in the CPA community on a daily basis.
I cannot wait to meet everyone and get to work.
