At the November 1 meeting, Colleton County Council approved the third reading to amend the Edisto River Canoe and Kayak Trail Commission by-laws.
Council approved the third reading of 2022 grant and budget resolutions and related appropriations for all funds.
Colleton county council approved the second reading authorizing a fee-in-lieu of tax agreement between Colleton County and Gehl Foods Southeast, LLC and NM GL, L.L.C.
Council approved amendments to the agreement creating a regional council of governments.
Council approved designating Rudco Products, Inc as a sole vendor for the solid waste department.
Council approved authorizing the council clerk to advertise for board vacancies. Colleton County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs has one vacancy, and the Colleton County Board of Adjustments & Appeals has one vacancy.
