As a way to commemorate the time they have spent in the NJROTC, senior cadets put together “Mess Night”. It was an opportunity for these cadets to come together as a group to have dinner and engage in some light-hearted fun. Some new cadets were invited as well. They spoke on how much NJROTC means to them and shared some of their best memories together and some even shed some tears. PR1 Christopher Hutchens commented how moving it was to hear how much the program meant to the cadets.
“Mess Night” was a resounding successful event and the NJROTC hopes that it will become a tradition from now on.
The NJROTC also wishes to thank Elks Lodge #1988 for there hospitality in letting the cadets hold their event in their building.
