Black Street Early Childhood Center presented “It’s an Owling Christmas” on Thursday December 14. Hiram Davis directed a stage full of enthusiastic performers singing their favorite holiday tunes. The Colleton Civic Center was standing room only as proud parents watched the performance. After the performance there was a reception with Hot Chocolate and Apple Cider.
