Colleton County School District students demonstrated their artistic and vocal talents during the Arts Extravaganza event on Thursday, April 14.
Elementary and middle school honor choruses performed “Signed, Sealed, Delivered, I’m Yours”; “Lean on Me”; “Forever Motown”; and “I Want You Back/ABC” at the Walterboro Wildlife Center’s Outdoor Amphitheater.
The event also featured a student created art gallery hosted in the Walterboro Wildlife Center.
The evening showcased the varied abilities of CCSD students to the community.
Colleton County High School art teachers are Sheree Williams and Jeannie Langston. Colleton Middle School art teachers are Amanda Bevis and Lisa Moore. Music teacher is Lynne Davis. Bells Elementary School art teacher is Heather Billera and the music teacher is David Breland. Forest Hills art teacher is Caitlin Mullan. The music teacher is David Nay. Hendersonville are teacher is Juliana Henricks. Northside Elementary art teacher is Nancy White, and the music teacher is Jennifer Bunton. Cottageville Elementary School art teacher is Shushanah Nichols, and the music teacher is Robert Cozart.
