Two juveniles were injured in a drive-by shooting incident in the 200 block of Able Street Sunday morning January 14 at 2:27. The mobile home the juveniles were in was shot several times with rounds entering the living space. A 14-year-old male and a 16-year- old male were both indoors and struck in the legs. Fortunately, neither suffered life threatening injuries. Colleton County Sheriff’s Office deputies cleared the scene, then Firefighter-Paramedics treated both patients at the home. They were transported to Colleton Medical Center for further care. The Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident. This incident occurred in the same area as a fatal shooting in October 2023.
