Kelley landed in Colleton after entering the civilian workforce. He spent four years in the Army and is an OIF Combat Veteran. Prior to enlisting, he spent time working in the oilfields of Wyoming and Colorado. Kelley credits his eagerness to test his personal abilities for being the motivation behind joining the fire service. “Never being able to master the craft; never seeing the same day as the last; utilizing cutting edge tools and technology; doing a job people look up to; and above all, serving others in their time of need!” These are just a few of the phrases Kelley uses to describe his job.
Kelley enjoys fishing, cycling, fitness, horseback riding, and traveling in his free time.
