The P.E.P. (People Enjoying People) Club was pleased to have Michael Thomas from Beltone Hearing Aids Center (Beltonecoastal.com) to do the January program with Denise Moorer assisting him in his video presentation. Michael told about the different degrees of hearing loss, even in each ear, and how hearing aids can be adjusted to each specific need. Beltone gives free hearing tests to see what your need is. Beltone is located on Bells Hwy. at Planters Trace near The Press and Standard.
After the presentation, group members asked questions, and Mr. Thomas was happy to answer. It was a very informative program and ended with each club member receiving a note pad and pen from Beltone.
The February program planned for the P.E.P. Club will be Colleton County Councilman Bubba Trippe.
