The P.E.P Club (People Enjoying People) Club had its annual April Attic Sale on the 27th. All club members bring items to be auctioned off, and Club President Norma Weeks auctions these items off. She is no Jimmy Blocker, but she is loud. Money made from this sale and all money made through the year is given to local organizations in December.
The P.E.P Club is a senior club for anyone over 50 years old and meets the last Tuesday of the month at the Recreation Center in the Industrial Area at 12:00. Your first visit is free, and if you join annual dues are $5.00. Lunch is served and a program is presented. Bingo is played for $1.00 a card.
Next month’s program will be Ella Hudson speaking about her trip to Holland last year.
