Libertas Academy Colleton has finalized a $15.5M partnership to build our permanent campus at 301 Smith Street, opening in August 2026 for students in PK4 through 6th grade — all at no cost to local taxpayers.
As Colleton County’s first tuition-free public charter school, this milestone reflects our long-term commitment to families across the Lowcountry.
Enroll now to secure your spot: students in PK4–4th grade today will move with us to the new campus! Enrollment for next school year opens in January.
Plans are for Libertas Academy-Colleton to occupy the building in June of 2026.
