The Colleton County School District received two financial awards, one supporting its Elite Sponsor program for Cougar Athletics and another contributing to its Educator for a Day initiative. In His Name–Colleton also received funding to support its annual Empty Bowls event, which brings awareness and assistance to families facing food insecurity. Additionally, Genesis Healthcare renewed its commitment as a Presenting Sponsor of the 2026 Colleton County Rice Festival, a celebration deeply rooted in the region’s heritage and culture.
