Don Snipes was named President and CEO of Enterprise Bank of South Carolina as of July 1, 2023. He served as Chief Credit Officer for Alliance Bank & Trust in Gastonia, NC from June 2017 until June 2023. Prior to joining Alliance Bank & Trust, Don served as Senior Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking for New Dominion Bank in Charlotte, NC from 2013 to 2017. Don served as Senior Vice President and Regional Credit Officer for South Carolina Bank & Trust and Ameris Bank from 2003 through 2013 and held various positions in commercial credit administration and commercial lending prior to that. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in Business Administration/Finance. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Charlotte Risk Management Association, was President of the Irmo Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of Leadership Lexington County, and was a member of the Irmo Sertoma Club.
Don is married to Amanda Snipes, and they have two sons, Foster and Taylor. Please join us in welcoming Don and his family to the Enterprise Bank of South Carolina family.
