The Colleton County Arts Council opened its doors to Santa and the annual reading of “Polar Express”. The December 6th event was well attended despite the inclement weather. Children were able to make a Christmas Decoration, have cookies and hot chocolate, write a letter to Santa, and visit with Mr. Claus himself. The event was free and open to the public.
