The Colleton County Arts Council held its annual Polar Express on Sunday December 3. Attendees were able to get their golden ticket to participate in the telling of the Polar Express story, take a train ride on the Rice Festival Train, make arts and crafts, receive a free book, get a picture on the antique fire truck from the Walterboro Fire Department, and visit with Santa Claus.
