The P.E.P. Club (people enjoying people) ended 2023 with giving donations to three local organizations and they were: The Veterans Victory House, the Animal Shelter, and St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
At the meeting club member Dianna Gollattscheck sat by the door as each member entered the room and handed out gift bags of assorted costume jewelry.
Also, treasurer Dolce Ann Cone put together special door prizes of complete ham or turkey dinners for the fortunate winners.
The January program will feature Jim Bessinger singing a variety of songs accompanied by his guitar.
The P.E.P. Club is a senior club that meets the last Tuesday of the month at 12:00 at the Recreation Center in the Industrial Area. Lunch is served and a program is presented. Free door prizes are given and Bingo is part of the fun. Your first visit is free and, if you join membership is $5.00 a year. Come and join us on January 30.
