The Colleton County Cougars Varsity Football team fell to the Woodland Wolverines. The Cougars had the home field advantage, but lost the non-conference game 32-14. At the end of the first quarter no one had scored, but at the end of the second quarter the Wolverines pulled ahead 13-7. The end of the third quarter saw more points on the scoreboard for Woodland making the score 19-7. In the beginning of the fourth quarter the Cougars scored seven more points keeping it close at 19-14. Ultimately the Wolverines posted 13 unanswered points making the final score 32-14. The Cougars play again in an away game against the Stall Warrior September 12.
